Patricia Williams, her very experienced paralegal, often prepares first drafts of documents for review and revision by Ms. Megarry, thereby reducing the cost of the overall representation.

All documents coming into the office are promptly provided to clients as are all outgoing documents. Clients actively participate in their representation. At the outset of representation, the client is presented with a retainer agreement which sets forth the terms of the representation. Billing is done monthly and there is no charge to discuss any questions regarding bills.
